1. Returns Eligibility

You have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • Caremsd is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing period:

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us before returning the item.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.
